To correctly view all parts of the form, before accessing, check the zoom and font size set in the browser (once the tax return has been submitted you can go back to the previous zoom and font size).
On Internet Explorer, go to "View" on the menu bar (if not activated, click F10), "Text Size" and select "Medium".Under "Zoom" select 100%.You can also select the zoom from the nut icon.
- In Microsoft Edge, go to the three horizontal dots icon in the top right corner and under "Zoom" select 100% with the "+" and "-" signs, then click on "Settings", "Appearance", "Fonts" and under "Font size" select "Medium (recommended)".
On Google Chrome, go to "Settings" (by clicking the three vertical dots), "Appearance", "Font Size" and select "Medium (recommended)".Under "Page Zoom" select 100%.You can also select 100% zoom from "Zoom in/out".
On Mozilla Firefox, go to the three stripes icon.In "Size" select 100% with the "+" and "-” signs, click "Adjustments", "General", "Language and appearance" and in "Fonts and colours" select a size lower than the current one, if you do not see the form correctly.
On Safari, go to "View", "Zoom" or "Zoom Out".
Fill in the mandatory data marked with asterisks:NIF, surnames and names of the taxpayer and, if necessary, the representative.Tick the corresponding box if you have changed your address and fill in the address details.
There are tabs at the top corresponding to the activity headings that you need to indicate and the tab that takes you to the payment or refund page, where you can check the outcome of the tax return.
Fill in "Autonomous Community of residence" and tick the "Tax allocation" box(es).In the case of a supplementary tax return, introduce the requested information.
At the bottom of the form you will find the tab "Sections" where you can also access the available headings and at the bottom of the form you will find the action bar.
Click "Validate tax return" to check for errors when filling out the tax return.The list of detected errors and notifications will be shown. To correct these, go to the button "Go to Error" or "Go to Notification" together with the description of the mistake.If no errors are detected, the description will report no errors and you can file the tax return.
The Form 151 form allows you to retrieve the return using the option "Import" at any time if you have previously expert the return.You can also import a file created using another program and that complies with the registry design published on the website under the "Help" section, "Registry designs".
Once the form has been validated without errors, you can submit the declaration using the button "Formalise Entry/Return".
From this window you will be able to generate the file in BOE format from the option "Export", provided that the declaration has been validated correctly and there are no errors.You will be able to choose the path where you wish to save the file, which will have the name NIF del declarante_Ejercicio_0A and the extension .151.
Select the type of return and, if it is to be paid, the method of payment.From the form itself, when clicking on "Make payment (obtain NRC)" the form will connect to the Tax Agency’s payment gateway.Once you have completed these details, click on "Sign and Send" to continue with the submission.
Form 151 now includes the option of payment by transfer from a bank account of a bank that does not collaborate in the collection of taxes, choosing "Select the type of return" and "Acknowledgement of debt and payment by transfer" in the drop-down menu .Payment will be considered to have been made on the date on which the transfer is received by the Tax Agency.
Click “Accept”, and “Sign and Send”.
If everything is correct, you will get the answer sheet stating "Your submission was successful" with an embedded PDF containing a first sheet with the submission information (registration entry number, Secure Verification Code, receipt number, date and time of submission and submitter's details) and, on the following pages, the full copy of the declaration.
