How to file the Wealth Tax return through social partnership
Social partners who are members of the corresponding agreement may file the 2021 assets declaration of third parties through the option "Service for processing the assets declaration for partners".
Identify yourself with your electronic certificate of social collaborator.If you are not registered as a partner or if an error appears, please consult the information related to the Social Partnership.
In a first window you will have to indicate the DNI or NIE of the taxpayer.
Then click on "Accept" and the system will ask you for the reference number of the holder to incorporate the declarant's tax details directly into the different sections of the declaration.
In the event that it is not possible to obtain the reference due to the particular conditions of the declarant, press the button "Cancel" in the "Validate authorisation" window to fill in form 714 from zero, without the automatic incorporation of tax data.
If the system recognises that you have been working in a previous session of Patrimonio WEB it allows you to recover the declaration by clicking on "Continue" or start a new one by clicking on "New Declaration".
If it is the first access, the initial page will be the identification data and language of the declaration, which you can modify if necessary.After checking the initial screen, click "OK" to continue.
Once in the web form, you can fill in the declaration by navigating between the different pages that make up the form or use the "Sections" button to access the different sections.
Once you have finished filling in the form, check the result on the last page, under "Payment document" or click directly on "Formalise payment/ Refund".If the result is a deposit, in the section "Select the type of declaration" you will be able to choose the form of payment.
The direct debit will be available if the tax return is filed between 7 April and 27 June 2022.Indicate the IBAN to which you wish to direct debit your tax return, which must be a bank account reported to AEAT that accepts direct debits and of which you are the account holder.
If you choose to pay by NRC or other forms of payment that involve a deposit, and if you access with Cl@ve PIN, electronic certificate or DNIe, click on the button "Make payment (obtain NRC)", to link to the payment gateway and obtain the NRC proof of payment.To use the taxpayer's account, you must have received a proxy to process the payment from your proxies in the PAGOAPODECCC procedure.If you are not an authorised agent, you must use a NRC previously obtained by the taxpayer.
Another alternative would be debt recognition options.In these cases, a link to submit the deferral or compensation request will be displayed on the successful submission response sheet.Click on "Process debt" and the details of the settlement will appear with the debtor's details and the settlement key.
From the "Formalise Deposit/Return" window you can also obtain a file in the format BOE, adjusted to the current registry design, using the "Export" button in the bottom left-hand corner.
Click “Accept”, and “Sign and Send”.
If the tax return has been filed correctly, a page will appear with the message 'Your tax return has been filed successfully', along with a secure verification code.A PDF will also appear, containing the first page with the information of the tax return (record entry number, Secure Verification Code, receipt number, date and time of filing and the details of the person filing the return), and, on the following pages, the full tax return.Check the notice board in case you need to make any corrections.
