It does not transfer all the data to Renta WEB

Note: In order for the Securities Portfolio data to be incorporated into Renta WEB, all operations must be in status "Correct" (green color) or "To review" (Yellow). If there is any "erroneous" operation ## (in red) no data will be incorporated into Renta WEB, showing the corresponding message.

If there are no erroneous operations, but not all the values are transferred to the results of the Securities Portfolio or to Renta WEB, check the following:

Capital gains and losses in the year of the declaration

Information is only transferred when there has been a transfer of securities with capital gain or loss in the same fiscal year of the declaration.

Key of origin of operations

Operations may or may not be transferred depending on the Source Key selected:

• Operations with origin key 1 "Transactions for valuable consideration" are transferred
• Operations with key 2 "Operations for profit inter vivos" are only transferred if there is a capital gain. They are not transferred if there is a loss
• Operations with Key 3 "Operations for profit mortis causa" are not transferred, regardless of whether there is a loss or gain

Operations as of December 31

If all of the above is correct, but the value is not transferred to the Results, you should check whether there are operations as of December 31 of that fiscal year. If so, you must copy the data from those operations, delete them, and manually add them back with the same data. This way they should already appear in the Results.
