More about the Tax Agency

We inform you about the new information published in the INFORMA during the month of August, relating to Personal Income Tax and Value Added Tax.

The new agreement signed between the Tax Agency and SEPBLAC, which establishes a new framework for cooperation between both bodies, as well as the procedure for the exchange of information that each one obtains in the exercise of the functions that they are legally established to have, has been published in the Official State Gazette of September 1, 2026. The new agreement will improve mutual understanding between both institutions, optimizing collaborative actions for the common benefit, with the aim of strengthening the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, while also prosecuting tax offenses linked to these activities.
