Here are some brief details on the steps to follow
Presentation of the SAD
Once the merchandise has been presented to Customs (that is, when the DSDT has been activated), the DUA will be presented, which must include the MRN of the preDUA previously presented or, if there is no preDUA, unnumbered.
This SAD can be presented without including in box 44 the certificates and authorisations issued by the Border Inspection Services that are directly processed by Customs.
The SAD acceptance response shall include the circuit assigned, according to the type of dispatch to be carried out.
- Green: Automatic dispatch.
- Amarillo: automatic SAD dispatch of a SAD in which certain certificate(s) is/are pending presentation. The answer will indicate which one or ones.
- Orange: pending document verification.
- Red: pending physical check.
