Access the certificate details. In Google Chrome, click "Customize and control Google Chrome" (three vertical dots icon), "Settings", "Show advanced settings", "HTTPS/SSL", "Manage certificates". In Microsoft Edge, click on (Settings and more Alt + F) the three horizontal dots icon (top right), "Settings", "Privacy, search and services", "Security" and "Manage certificates".
In the "Personal" tab, the certificate with which you want to sign must be installed. Double click on the name of the certificate and in the new window select the "Details" tab. Mark "All" in the "Show" section, select the "Alternative name of the owner" field and check the information that appears in the lower window, since it must be the same as that registered in AEAT .

The order in which the data is displayed is: Name of the natural person, first surname of the natural person, second surname of the natural person and NIF of the natural person.
For certificates FNMT of legal entity:

Certificate of representative for sole and joint administrators. The order in which the data is displayed is: Name of associated natural person, first surname of natural person, second last name of natural person, NIF of natural person, Company name, NIF legal entity, administrator type , commercial registry data

Certificate of representative of a legal entity. The order in which the data is displayed is: Name of associated natural person, first last name of natural person, second last name of natural person, NIF of natural person, Company name, NIF legal entity.

Certificates of representative of an entity without legal personality. The order in which the data is displayed is: Name of associated natural person, first last name of natural person, second last name of natural person, NIF of natural person, Company name, NIF legal entity.
Once this is done, you will have to check on our website how these data appear in the AEAT census, accessing the section "Verification of a NIF from third parties for census purposes", within the procedures of "Form 030. Census of taxpayers - Census declaration of registration, changes of address and/or changes in personal data.
If the census data ( NIF , surname and first name or company name) do not match the data on the electronic certificate, it will be necessary to obtain a new certificate.
