How to obtain an electronic certificate

Accreditation as Sole or Joint and Several Director

On the FNMT page you can request the Sole or Joint Administrator certificate ; This certificate can only be requested online with a Natural Person certificate from the FNMT -RCM or DNI electronic, therefore, it is not necessary to go to an office to prove identity.

Approximately 1 hour after you have requested your certificate and using the request code, you will be able to download and install your certificate, as well as make payment and backup ( RECOMMENDED ).

This certificate can be obtained by: public limited companies (A) and limited companies (B) if the representative of the company is the sole or joint administrator, has his or her powers of Representation registered in the Commercial Registry and provided that these have not been revoked.

NOTE : This certificate CANNOT be requested by joint administrators, agents, directors, presidents, joint administrators, liquidators or companies that have another company as administrator.
