When does the authentication request or PIN expire?
Once registered in Cl@ve , the user can now use the Cl@ve system to identify themselves in electronic procedures.
This system is based on single-use authentication codes , generated at the time of accessing the corresponding procedure and displayed online, in the Cl@ve application or by SMS .
The time elapsed from when the code is requested until you identify yourself with it in any procedure should not exceed 5 minutes . Both in the procedure from which you have requested the code and in the APP Cl@ve you will see a counter of the time remaining until its expiration. After 59 seconds from the authentication request, the option to request sending by SMS will appear.
However, if you identify yourself from the Cl@ve gateway and choose the identification with Cl@ve PIN or from the website AEAT ##3##and you identify yourself with the DNI or NIE and the contrast information, the APP will tell you that it exists a PIN request of Cl@ve PIN and the expiration time of 10 minutes.
Once identified with the code received, the user's name will appear at the top right of the page.
The user will remain identified and will be able to access the different services enabled until they disconnect from the Electronic Office or close the browser . Once this is done, the Cl@ve Mobile verification code is no longer valid and it is necessary to obtain a new one to identify yourself again.
Regarding registration in the Cl@ve system, it is not revoked as long as the data with which it was registered does not change.
If you change your telephone number you will have to communicate the modification through one of the available means:
-
" Modify the telephone number with certificate or DNI electronic " or "Modify the telephone number associated with Cl @ve by Video Call" , available in the section "Other procedures" of the "Registration Cl@ve " on the website.
-
In the application for mobile devices " Cl@ve " , entering the "Managements" category located at the bottom of the window and clicking on "My data in Cl@ve ", "Modify the phone number associated with Cl@ve ". At that time you will have two options to make the change:
-
-
By video call, where it connects you with an operator. In this case, it will be necessary for the device to have the sound and camera activated; also have your DNI ready, which you will need to show to the member of staff to identify yourself. Remember that you can only use this service on your own behalf. The Zoom app needs to be installed on the device; If it is not, download it from the app store.
-
With certificate or DNIE . To use this option you must have the electronic software certificate installed in the APP or connected by NFC using the electronic DNI . If you use a device with an iOS system, the electronic DNI option will not be available.
