Download and install the APP

The Tax Agency makes available to you the free download of the application Cl@ve for mobile devices with Android system; This is an update of the APP Cl@ve PIN which aims to become a single point where citizens can be offered all services related to the means of identification, authentication and signature for citizens of the platform Cl@ve . The APP Cl@ve integrates all the functionalities of Cl@ve PIN, in addition to new features such as authentication with Cl@ve Mobile and activation and signature with Cl@ve Signature.

To install the APP, Android version 8 or higher is required.

You can automatically switch from Cl@ve PIN to Cl@ve by updating the application or by accessing "Google Play" and searching for " Cl@ve " from the Tax Agency. To install the application, click the "Install" button, accept the information about the requirements for the operation of the application that may be displayed, and finally click "Open".

The first screen will display two options to view the "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Service" which you agree to by continuing to the next step.

The following screens provide information on new features of the APP and some of the utilities such as checking the PIN or confirming authentication requests. Click "Next" on all of them.

In the event that you already had the Cl@ve PIN installed, the authentication factor that the user has configured on the device (PIN, pattern, fingerprint, etc.) will be requested next to be active in the APP Cl@ve .

In the event that installs the APP Cl@ve from scratch and is not registered in Cl@ve the different alternatives for registration will be offered: with electronic certificate, by invitation letter, in person or by video call ( Temporarily unavailable ).

If you install the APP Cl@ve from scratch but you are already registered , the next step will be to activate the APP.
