In the APP Cl@ve you have several sections that will help you with information on the use and ways to contact the APP support.

• Contact us

  From this section by entering " Through a form " you can contact the APP support to make a query or report an incident. At the end of the form you have the option to attach a file to document your incident by providing a screenshot or recording of the screen.

  Also " From the application market " you access the Play Store where you can rate the APP and write a review.

  In addition, " By phone " connects you to the AEAT website where we show you the information telephone numbers available for questions or computer issues.

  In this section you can access help tutorials on downloading and installing, activating the device or how the APP works in " APP Help Cl@ve " and enter the " Help Videos " that are published on the Tax Agency's YouTube channel.
