In the APP Cl@ve you have several sections that will help you with information on the use and ways to contact the APP support.

Assistance and support
From this section, entering "App support or incident form"You can contact the APP support to ask a question or report an issue." At the end of the form you have the option to attach a file to document your incident by providing a screenshot or recording of the screen.
Furthermore, from "Telephone for technical support"It connects you to the website of the AEAT where we show you the information phone numbers available for questions or computer issues.

From "Meet Cl@ve"You access the general portal of Cl@ve.

You also have access to the "Videos of Cl@ve"which are published on the Tax Agency's YouTube channel."
