How to regenerate the Cl@ve Permanente activation code
To activate your user in Cl@ve Permanently, you need the activation code that is included in the receipt obtained after registering in Cl@ve .
If you do not keep this code you can regenerate it immediately from the service "Regenerate activation code for Cl@ve Permanent" , within the procedures of "Registration Cl@ve " on the website by accessing "All procedures", "Other services" or in the application for mobile devices " Cl@ve " by entering the "Managements" category, located in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Access from the website
After identifying yourself using Cl@ve or with a digital signature (electronic certificate or electronic DNI ), read the explanatory text carefully and press " I accept" .
In the next window you will get the activation code (which you can copy or write down) and the 3 available options will be shown.
- "Generate PDF with activation code": confirm that the registration details are correct and press "View PDF " . A receipt will be downloaded in a PDF with the activation code.
- "Access to the user activation service": links directly to the user activation of Cl@ve Permanent, within the Cl@ve portal.
- "Access to the forgotten password service" : Press this option if you have already activated Cl@ve Permanent but you have forgotten the password or want to change it.
When you press options 2 and 3, a notice will be displayed informing you of the need to previously download the PDF with the activation code. However, if you did not generate the PDF or did not write down the code, you can access the service again and generate a new code.
You will also get a new activation code if you use the procedure "Obtain a higher level of security in Cl@ve with certificate or DNI electronic" to modify your registration in Cl@ve at a high level.
Access from the " Cl@ve " application for mobile devices
To regenerate the Activation Code through the application " Cl@ve ", click on the "Managements" option located in the menu at the bottom of the screen, enter " Cl@ve permanent" and then in "Regenerate Activation Code of Cl@ve Permanent".
Next, indicate the contrast information for your DNI or NIE : the validity date for a DNI (issue date if it is a permanent DNI ) or the support number for a NIE . Press "Continue." It will then ask you for the unlocking system that you have configured for your device.
Read the explanatory text carefully and press " I accept" . In the next window you will get the activation code (which you can copy or write down), confirm that the registration data is correct and press "View PDF " . A receipt in a PDF with the activation code will be downloaded to your device.
Then you must access the Cl@ve Permanent password management services on the Cl@ve website.
