How to regenerate the Cl@ve Permanente activation code
To activate your user on Cl@ve Permanent you need the activation code that is included in the voucher that you obtain after registering on Cl@ve.
If you do not keep this code, you can regenerate it immediately from the service "Regenerate activation code for Cl@ve Permanent", within the "Cl@ve Registration" procedures on the website by going to "All procedures" or in the application for mobile devices " Cl@ve PIN" by going to the "Procedures" category, located at the bottom of the screen.
Access from the website
After identifying yourself with Cl@ve PIN or with a digital signature (electronic certificate or DNI), read the explanatory text carefully and click "I accept".
In the next window you will get the activation code (which you can copy or write down) and the 3 available options will be shown.
- "Generate PDF with the activation code."confirm that the registration data is correct and click "View PDF".A receipt will be downloaded as a PDF with the activation code.
- "Access to user activation service": links directly to the activation of the user of Cl@ve Permanent, within the portal Cl@ve.
- "Access to the forget-your-password service":click on this option if you have already activated Cl@ve Permanent but have forgotten your password or wish to change it.
When you click on options 2 and 3, a warning will appear informing you of the need to download the PDF with the activation code beforehand.However, if you did not generate the PDF or did not write the code down, you can access the service again and generate a new code.
You will also obtain a new activation code if you use the procedure "Obtain a higher level of security at Cl@ve with certificate or DNI electronic" to change your registration at Cl@ve to high level.
Access from the "Cl@ve PIN" application for mobiles
The regeneration of the Permanent Cl@ve Activation Code through the "Cl@ve PIN" application requires identification by means of a PIN.Once the user has been activated on the device, click on the "Manage" option at the bottom of the screen, then "Regenerate Activation Code.From Cl@ve Permanent".
If you do not have a valid PIN obtained in the last 10 minutes, the app will ask you to identify yourself by entering the contrast data:the validity date for a DNI (issue date if it is a permanent DNI ) or the support number for a NIE;after clicking "CONTINUE", the PIN will be automatically entered in the corresponding box.Click "ACCESS" to continue.
Read the explanatory text carefully and click "I accept".In the next window you will get the activation code (which you can copy or write down), confirm that the registration data is correct and click "View PDF".A PDF file with the activation code will be downloaded.
You must then access the password management services of Cl@ve Permanent on the website Cl@ve.
