WEB Companies: Access, processing of form 200 and Open WEB Companies version
Skip information indexWEB companies Open version
The version WEB Open Companies works as a simulator that allows you to prepare the declaration of model 200 corresponding to the 2022 financial year without the need to identify yourself with an electronic certificate, so it can be used to carry out tests and verifications necessary, prior to presentation.
From the first window that appears in the Open version you can:
-
Register a new declaration , indicating the NIF and name and surname or company name of the declarant and pressing the "Accept" button " .
-
Import a file in the BOE format of the model 200 into the form, by only pressing the "Import" button. Select the file that fits the updated registration design for model 200 for fiscal year 2022. If the file is imported correctly, a notice will appear indicating this.
-
Load a .ses file that you have previously saved locally from the Open version. It must be taken into account that the presentation version also saves the declaration but it does so on the AEAT servers, so it cannot be recovered in the Open version. Press the "Load" button and select the SES file you saved earlier.
When a new declaration is generated, the "Declaration Characters" page is accessed. Select the corresponding options in sections "Type of entity" , "Applicable regimes" , "Other characters" , "Net amount of turnover..." and "Tax period" and press "Apply ".
The selected characters will condition the rest of the declaration. Once applied, they cannot be modified in a general way. However, you will have the "Modify characters" button with which you can modify some of them (those indicated in the following image).
Next, for certain entities, information on Account Statements will be requested.
Before accessing the declaration, a new window allows you to import a file XML to incorporate accounting data. Press the "Choose file ( XML )" button to choose the file or "Continue without importing accounting data" to continue completing the declaration.
In case of importing a file XML with the accounting data, if it does not contain errors and the data it contains is compatible with what has been established in the character record and account statement in declaration registration, the button "Continue with the import of accounting data" will be displayed.
Next you will access the first page "Characters of the declaration" and the button "Modify characters" will be activated at the bottom, with which Only the indicated characters can be modified.
Once all the pages of the declaration are opened, the Open version of WEB Companies has a button panel at the top with the following functionalities:
-
The button "Sections" displays the different sections of the declaration to quickly access each of them.
- Box Finder
Locate specific boxes by their identifying number or by concept.
-
"Preview" generates a draft PDF not valid for presentation.
-
"Validate declaration" checks the completion of the declaration, displaying any notices, warnings and errors detected to correct them if necessary. The "Go to..." button directs you to the corresponding field or box to be corrected. We remember that only errors would prevent the filing of the declaration.
-
"Delete declaration" , using the button with the trash can icon.
-
"Save" generates a .ses file that is saved locally with the declaration completed up to that point. This .ses file can only be recovered in the WEB Open Companies version using the "Load" button in the first identification window. By default, the file name will be NIF -200-2022 and the extension .ses.
-
"Export" generates a .200 file that conforms to the model record layout. It is essential that the declaration does not contain errors, otherwise the export is not allowed. For this reason, the "Export" option in the Open version for fiscal year 2022 is available after accessing the "Select Deposit / Return" window. The .200 file can be imported into the WEB Companies version with identification with an electronic certificate to proceed from here to its presentation. By default, the file name will be NIF_ 2022_0A and the extension .200.
