WEB Societies: Access, processing of model 200 and WEB Open Companies version
Skip information indexWEB Societies Open version
Version WEB Open Companies works as a simulator that allows you to prepare the Model 200 declaration for the 2023 fiscal year without having to identify yourself with an electronic certificate, so it can be used to carry out the necessary tests and checks prior to filing.
From the first window that appears in the Open version you can:
-
Create a new declaration , indicating the NIF and name and surname (separated by a comma) or company name of the declarant and pressing the "Accept" button .
-
Import a file in BOE format of model 200 into the form, by pressing only the "Import" button. Select the file that fits the updated registration design for model 200 for fiscal year 2023. If the file is imported correctly, a notice will appear indicating this.
-
Load a .ses file that you have previously saved on your local computer from the Open version. It should be noted that the presentation version also saves the declaration but does so on the AEAT servers, so it cannot be recovered in the Open version. Press the "Load" button and select the SES file you have previously saved.
When a new declaration is generated, the "Declaration Characters" page is accessed. Select the appropriate options in the sections "Type of entity" , "Applicable regimes" , "Other characters" , "Net turnover amount..." and "Tax period" and press "Apply".
The section "Net turnover for the twelve months prior to the start date of the tax period" is mandatory. In the case of cooperative entities, when this is at least 20 million euros, you must indicate the corresponding section.
The selected characters and the tax period will determine the rest of the declaration. Once selected, click "Apply".
After clicking "Apply" the characters of the declaration cannot be modified in general. However, you will have the button "Modify characters" with which you can modify some of them (those indicated in the adjacent text).
Next, for certain entities, information will be requested on Account statements .
Before accessing the declaration, a new window allows you to import an XML file to incorporate accounting data. Press the button "Choose file ( XML )" to choose the file or "Continue without importing accounting data" to continue filling out the declaration.
In case of importing a XML file with accounting data, if it does not contain errors and the data it contains is compatible with that established in the character and account status register when registering the declaration, the "Continue with the import of accounting data" button will be displayed.
Next, you will access the first page "Declaration characters" and the button "Modify characters" will be activated at the bottom, with which only the indicated characters can be modified.
Once all the pages of the declaration are opened, the Open version of Sociedades WEB has a button panel at the top with the following functions:
-
The "Sections" button displays the different sections of the declaration to quickly access each of them.
- Box Finder
Locate specific boxes by their identification number or by concept.
-
"Preview" generates a draft in PDF not valid for presentation.
-
"Validate declaration" checks the completion of the declaration, displaying any notices, warnings and errors that are detected so that they can be corrected if necessary. The "Go to..." button directs you to the appropriate field or box for correction. We remind you that only errors would prevent the filing of the declaration. Warnings inform of a possible error or omission, warning that it may be required to be corrected by request of the AEAT .
-
"Delete declaration" , using the button with the trash can icon.
-
"Save" generates a .ses file that is saved locally with the declaration completed up to that point. This .ses file can only be retrieved in the Sociedades WEB Open version using the "Upload" button in the first identification window. By default, the file name will be NIF -200-2022 and the extension .ses.
-
"Export" generates a .200 file that conforms to the model's record layout. It is essential that the declaration does not contain errors, otherwise the export is not permitted. For this reason, the "Export" option in the Open version of fiscal year 2023 is available after accessing the "Select Income / Return" window. The .200 file can be imported into the WEB Companies version with electronic certificate identification to proceed from here to its presentation. By default, the file name will be NIF _2023_0A and the extension .200.
