Web COMPANIES: Access, processing of form 200 and version of the Open WEBSITE Companies

The WEBSITE service allows you to prepare and file form 200 electronically. When accessing, you must choose the account holder's electronic certificate, if the presentation is made on your own behalf.
The initial window "Identification Details" allows you to register a new tax return ("Accept") or import a file from form 200 ("Import"). You will have to enter the Tax ID and the company name or full name of the declarant.
In the next window, these options may appear if it is detected that you have already worked on WEB Companies with that Tax ID:

"Continue": If a previous session of WEB Corporation is detected for that declarant, the data saved on the server can be retrieved and continue working with the tax return.

"Modify tax return": If it is detected that there is already a tax return filed for that NIF, go to the initial page of characters of the tax return and recover the tax return filed in order to file a supplementary tax return.

"New tax return": If you want to start a tax return from scratch for that NIF.

"Import": It allows you to import a file from form 200 (same function as the "Import" button from the previous window). The Import button in this second window only appears if it is accessed on its own behalf or with power of attorney. Social collaborators must use the "Import" button in the previous window "Identification details."
When a new tax return is generated, go to the page "Characters of the tax return". Select the options that correspond to the "Type of entity," Applicable regimes, "Other characters," Period tax "and as a new item, the section" Net turnover... "since it will determine the application of the minimum taxation; Click "Apply."
The selected characters will condition the rest of the tax return. Once applied, they cannot be modified in general. However, you will have the "Modify characters" button, which will allow you to modify some of them (those indicated in the next text).
For certain entities, information on Account statements will be requested below.
Before accessing the tax return, a new window allows you to import an XML file to add accounting data. Click on the "Choose file ( XML )" button to choose the file or "Continue regardless of accounting data" to continue filling in the tax return.
If an XML file is imported with the accounting data, if it does not contain errors and the data it contains are compatible with those that have been established in the record of characters and account status in the tax return registration will be shown the button "Continue with the import of accounting data".
It should be taken into account that this import is optional and automatic for information relating to the balance sheet, the income statement and the statement of changes in the net assets. It may be carried out for entities subject to the Bank of Spain accounting standards, insurance companies, collective investment institutions, reciprocal guarantee companies, and those not subject to specific regulations.
Next, you will access the first page "Characters of the tax return" and the "Modify characters" button will be activated at the bottom, which will only allow you to modify the characters indicated.
The button panel will appear at the top with the different features of WEB Companies.
If the holder is a legal entity and the tax period coincides with the calendar year (01-01-2022 to 31-12-2022), the tax details will be automatically transferred to form 200. Click on "Tax details" to check the tax details that have been transferred to the tax return.
To consult the tax details of the holder that appear in the Tax Agency, click on the button "See tax details".
To find the different pages of the tax return, you can use the "Sections" button on the top bar or the arrows to navigate between its pages.
You can also search for specific boxes by their identifier number or by the concept.
When filling in the tax return, you can check whether it exceeds the validations by clicking on the "Validate tax return" button. The detected warnings, warnings and errors will be displayed. Errors must be corrected in order to file the tax return, while warnings and notifications allow the delivery to continue, although they should be reviewed. To make it easier to correct it, next to the description, the button that directs directly to the corresponding box or section will be displayed.
The message "There are no errors" with a green check indicates that the tax return is correct and can be filed.
It is recommended that you save the data periodically with the "Save" button. It is not valid if there are errors, so it can be used at any time. The tax return is stored on the Tax Agency servers and can be recovered by clicking on "Continue" when you log in again to WEB Companies.
You can also generate a file of the tax return adjusted to the registry design and valid for filing from the "Export" option, which will be displayed after clicking on "File tax return" in tax returns that involve a deposit or a refund. Therefore, it is required that the validation be correct and choose the location at the premises where the file will be kept. 200 that is generated.
If the tax return does not have a payment/refund document, the button to export will appear directly in the upper button panel, in the form of an icon. In this case, instead of the "File tax return" button, the option "Sign and send" will be displayed in the same button panel.
In addition, WEB Companies allows you to obtain a "Preview" of the PDF declaration in order to review the data on paper, taking into account that it cannot be used for filing, as indicated in the printed water mark.
Finally, click on "Sign and send" if there is no payment/return document "or " File tax return " to review the bank details and select the type of tax return. To complete the presentation, click on "Sign and Send." The tax return is filed and a PDF document is generated on the screen with a copy of it.
