The possibility of recovering or not the receipt or proof of the modifications that have been made in the request for courtesy days depends on the action taken.
If the modifications of the courtesy days are your own
When accessing, the start window displays the data of the proxy, that is, the data of the certificate holder. In this case, the presentation receipt can be consulted from " View last receipt " and shows the last receipt of the modification made in your own name.
If the data of a single principal has been modified
To retrieve the receipt you must access the calendar of the principal from "Manage Periods Courtesy of Principals", " Consult / Modify Principals ".
Fill in the NIF or name of your agent and click the magnifying glass icon or select a agent from the list and click "Accept".
Once inside the principal's calendar, click on "View last receipt" to obtain the receipt for the last modification you made to their courtesy days.
If the allocation of courtesy days has been requested en masse
In this case, at the end of the process, different receipts are generated:

One for each principal. Each of them has their own CSV and can be consulted later individually within "Consult / Modify Principals". When accessing each of them, you can download the receipt from the "View last receipt" button, as explained in the previous point.

A general one that includes the entire list of grantors and also has its CSV . It is the only document in which all taxpayers are listed on the same receipt.
To recover the second receipt with the entire list of grantors, it is necessary to know the CSV that was obtained at the end of the application process. Using this CSV you can obtain a copy from the "Document Comparison" section of the electronic office. If you did not annotate the CSV that appears in the PDF at the time of submission (or did not save the PDF that includes the summary for all), this document is not retrievable later.
