How to receive notifications of new notifications and communications from the DEHú

The DEHú will send an informative notice to the email address you have indicated in the "My contact details" section, every time you receive a new notification or communication from the AEAT .

You can indicate up to 5 different email addresses.

To register, modify or delete an email address in the DEHU click on Access and identify yourself on the catwalk Cl@ve through Cl@ve Mobile Cl@ve, Cl@ve Permanent, Certified / ID card electronic or eIDAS (EU Citizens).

After successfully logging in, access Contact information.

You may receive notifications of new notifications and/or communications to the emails provided in the form, provided that the Issuing Body of your notification is affiliated with DEHú .

If you haven't yet entered an email address, go to the tab Contact email and provide your email address. If you want to add more addresses, press Add email address.

Once you have entered your email address (or addresses), tick the box to accept the terms and conditions and press Keep.

You need to verify your email address to receive notifications. Press Verify and you will receive an email with a verification code

Enter the received code and press Verify code.

Your email address is now verified and ready to receive courtesy notifications from DEHU.

Edit and delete contact details

If you need to modify or add new emails, the option is available. Edit. You can also delete your data from Delete all my contact information.

Check your mobile device for push notifications

From the tab Push notification device You can check the data of the mobile device on which you receive these alerts,

For the device to appear in the query, you must have previously added it from the application. App Notifications installed on your mobile device.

After accepting the terms and adding the device, electronic identification will be required to complete the process. Your device will be activated and you can remove it from within the application itself. App Notifications.

Email unlinking

From the tab Email unlinking You can check if your email address is configured for other users and unlink it. To ensure you have access to the email address you are looking for, the DEHU will send you a verification code.

Enter the received code and press Verify

You can check if your email address is linked to another user and unlink it.
