You can access by identifying yourself with Cl@ve, certificate or electronic DNI. If you have any questions about how to obtain an electronic certificate or how to register in the Cl@ve system, check the information available in the related content.
In the next window, enter your DNI/NIE to log in with Cl@ve. Or, you can identify yourself with a certificate or electronic DNI.
If you choose to identify yourself with Cl@ve after you indicate your DNI/NIE, you must also enter the necessary contrast data according to your document number: Validity date for DNI, issue date for permanent DNI or support no. in the event of NIE. Then click "Continue." Confirm the authentication in Cl@ve on the app or view or receive the PIN on your mobile device. If you have the Cl@ve app installed, you can also access the link "Access with Cl@ve Móvil using QR code" to scan the QR code offered on the website to confirm the authentication of Cl@ve.
If the declarant does not have an electronic certificate, the person making the filing must be authorised to file returns on behalf of third parties, either because they are registered as a collaborator or because they are authorised to carry out this procedure.
You will then access the data completion screen. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
In section 4 you can register new records from the blank sheet icon with the green "+" sign, delete them or access the details of each of them to modify them, if necessary, from the button panel in each of the sections, with the different functionalities.
In section "5. Settlement, "the result of the adjustment to be made will be calculated automatically, based on the data indicated in the previous sections.
Once the completion process has been completed, click "Validate" to check if there are errors.
If there are errors, they will be shown in a list, with the link "Go to the error" that will take you to the incorrect box or section so that you can correct it.
From the "Import" button, you can add a file made with another program, provided that it matches the approved registry design for form 122, or that you have previously exported from the model itself. You can view the registry design at the link in the right margin block "Registry designs for forms 100 to 199"
Once the form has been validated without errors, click on "Formalise Ingreso/Refund."
If you choose a type of settlement that involves a deposit, click on the "Make payment (obtain NRC)" button, which informs you with the Tax Agency payment gateway to make the online payment. Form 122 also includes the transfer payment option from a bank account of a non-collaborating bank, choosing in the drop-down menu "Select the type of declaration," Recognition of debt and payment by transfer. "
From the "Export" option, you can generate a file in Official State Gazette format, with extension. 122, which you can recover in the form itself using the "Import" option. Finally, click on "Sign and Send" to make the presentation.
Mark "Conform" and click "Sign and Send."
If everything is correct, you will obtain the response sheet in which "Your presentation has been made successfully" appears with a PDF inlaid with a first sheet containing the information on the presentation (registration entry number, Secure Verification Code, number of receipt, day and time of filing and details of the filing party) and, on the subsequent pages, the full copy of the tax return.
In cases where there is a debt recognition, a link will be shown on the successful submission response sheet to file the deferral or compensation request. Click on "Process debt." The details of the settlement will then be shown with the debtor's details and the settlement password. You must choose from one of the available options: Postpone, offset or pay.
If you do not have an electronic identification, you can submit the form in person to the Administration using the pre-declaration form.
