Form 130 includes the Pre130 help service that facilitates the completion of the self-assessment since this service offers certain boxes already completed when taxpayers import the Record Books of their economic activity(ies).
The Pre130 service can be accessed by the declarant himself or by a third party who is authorized to submit declarations on behalf of third parties, either by being registered as a collaborator or by being authorized to carry out this procedure, and may use the book import service. provided that you have at your disposal the books to be imported to complete the model.
To access the service, after identification, complete the required data in the initial window: NIF , Surname and first name or company name and select the year and period. Then press "OK" .
The form is accessed and at that moment you will be informed that it is possible to import Registry Books to complete form 130.
In this way, when you access the model, a message appears stating that you can use the import of books to complete the model thanks to the Record Books tab that appears in the button panel at the end of the page.
You have to select the Excel file with the books saved on the computer.
The system then displays the result of the import.
You can access the information again by clicking on the Record Books tab and downloading the Book, you can import another one or you can even delete the data from the previous import.
When the system detects the existence of a record book that has already been imported and saved in the databases of the AEAT and that can be used to complete this model and period, it is shown to the taxpayer. this message.
And it is indicated that in the lower button panel the tab called Record Books appears that you must click to access the existing information derived from a previous import or import a new book.
The system reports the existence of a book available for import and can be downloaded if the taxpayer wants.
If you decide to use the available book, simply validate the file again and complete the boxes.
The system reports the result of the import.
The data of the imported book can be accessed again, downloaded again or deleted at the taxpayer's discretion.
Another workbook can be imported again and the system warns that the previous data will be lost.
Sometimes the data recorded in Books is not correctly recorded to carry out the import of the information they contain and the system returns the list of errors that the taxpayer must correct.
The taxpayer has the BOOK VALIDATOR at their disposal precisely to verify that the data has been correctly registered for import and can access this tool at any time to verify the data.
In cases in which the information is available in the databases of the AEAT , Pre130 also completes the amounts in boxes 05, 13 and 15 of form 130. And if the taxpayer makes a complementary mark, the data of the receipt number of the previous self-assessment and the result of the same are completed.
At the bottom of the form are the buttons available in the form.

"Delete statement" deletes the data from the statement you are working on to start a new one.

The " Save " button allows you to store the declaration data on the AEAT servers even if it is incomplete and contains warnings or errors. If a tax return has been saved previously, it will be overwritten. When you access the form again, in the initial identification window, you will be given the option to retrieve the data with the "Load" button. You can also retrieve the saved declaration using the "Load " button located in the button panel at the bottom of the form.

With the button " Validate declaration " check if you have warnings or errors. The list of errors and warnings detected will be displayed, which you can access for correction from the "Go to Error" or "Go to Notice" button next to the description of the failure. Remember that the notices provide relevant information that should be reviewed but do not prevent the filing of the tax return. If the declaration contains errors, these must be corrected.
If no errors are detected, the description will report no errors.

From " Import ", you can recover the declaration obtained through a file if it conforms to the registration design published for model 130 prepared with an external program or exported from the form. Note that from this option, if there are data indicated in the form, these will be lost when the file is imported.

Use the button " Formalize Income/Return " to submit the declaration once completed and validated.
In the pop-up window, select the type of return. If the result is to be deposited and the income is not direct debited, it will be necessary to first obtain the NRC and then submit the self-assessment. The NRC is the Complete Reference Number, a 22-character code that serves as proof of payment. From the form itself, in the "Make payment (get NRC )" button, it is possible to connect with the payment gateway to automatically generate a NRC with the data contained in the declaration.
If you direct the payment, check "Direct debit of the amount to be deposited", in this case you must enter the digits of your account IBAN .
In this same window it is also possible to export the declaration with the format of the published logical design and extension .130 from the " Export " button. You can choose the path in which you want to save the file, which will have the name NIF of the declarant - fiscal year - period and the extension .130. The declaration can be retrieved using the "Import" option at any time if you close the window.
Form 130 also includes the option of recognition of debt and payment by transfer from a bank account opened with a NON-COLLABORATING credit institution, choosing "Select the type of return" and "Acknowledgement of debt and payment by transfer" in the drop-down menu .
If you choose some of the types of debt recognition, after submitting the declaration, you must process the debt from the "Process debt" button or from the independent procedure "Request postponement or installment of debts".
Finally, when you press "Sign and Send", a window will appear with the information of the encrypted declaration and the data of the presenter and the declarant. Check the "Agree" box and press "Sign and Send" to finish the presentation.
If everything is correct, you will get the answer sheet that says "Your presentation has been successfully completed" with an embedded PDF containing a first sheet with the presentation information (number registration entry, Secure Verification Code, receipt number, day and time of presentation and details of the presenter) and, on the subsequent pages, the complete copy of the declaration.
In cases in which there is acknowledgment of debt, a link will be displayed on the successful submission response sheet to submit the deferral or request for compensation. Press "Process debt". The details of the settlement will then appear with the debtor's data and the settlement key. You must choose between one of the available options: defer, compensate or pay.
