Electronic consultation of form 655 already submitted for Ceuta and Melilla

Obtaining a copy or consultation of the Model 655 declaration can be done with an electronic certificate. DNIeeither Cl@ve and allows the consultation of submitted, unconfirmed and/or completed declarations.

A search parameter will be established based on the state of the declaration: "Unconfirmed declaration", "Return submitted" or "Return completed". By clicking "Search" you will get a window with the list of declarations.

Select type of query

To access the content, click on the declaration number. This "Declaration Number" is obtained by clicking the "Save Changes" button when completing Form 655.

If you have selected "Unconfirmed declaration", only the content of the declaration will be displayed. At the top of the screen, the "Return to query" option allows you to access your search again.

If you have selected "Declaration submitted" or "Declaration completed", in addition to viewing the content of the declaration, you can download the proof of submission and the submitted declaration from the links at the top, or also return to the search screen.
