Press "Registration of Declaration" to begin. If a declaration with a provisional number assigned has already been generated, indicate it in the corresponding box and press "Continue" to access and recover the data.
1 Data prior to self-assessments
Fill in the data related to the self-assessment. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. If they are not completed, the program will not allow you to advance to the next section.
You can consult the "Step 1 Guide" for completing the model located at the top.
It is not necessary to enter all the data and carry out all the steps in a single session, but it is necessary that, at least, the NIF of the taxable person be entered.
Once all the necessary personal data and the data relating to the usufruct that is extinguished have been entered, the data necessary to calculate the fee will be completed.
Once completed, press "Validate/Simulate" and the application will show the calculation of the fee.
When all the data has been entered and the calculations have been verified to be correct, you can proceed by clicking "Step 2. Include documentation". If you want to change any concept, click "Modify file".
2 Include documentation
When moving to "Step 2. Include documentation", the program will generate a provisional Number that you must write down, as it will allow access to a self-assessment that has been left incomplete, in order to continue completing it. You also have a guide to complete step 2.
In this step, select each of the documents that you are going to attach and click "Attach file" to select the file that you need to contribute to the presentation. To avoid incidents, it is recommended that the files to be attached be saved on the local disk, in the AEAT folder, with short and simple names, without illegal characters (symbols).
Once you have attached all the documentation that must accompany the model, you can advance to the payment phase by clicking on "Step 3. Payment of self-assessment".
A message will be displayed warning that moving to this phase will mean blocking the data entered and making subsequent modifications impossible.
3 Payment of self-assessments
In the event that the result of the self-assessment is a fee to be deposited, the type of deposit must be selected from those shown. Depending on the type of deposit selected, it will be mandatory to include or not include a Complete Reference Number ( NRC ), which can be obtained directly from the Banking Entity or through the payment gateway AEAT ##2##, pressing the "Enter" button in the "Debit to account through the AEAT column (if is not available NRC )".
As long as the payment is not made, you can go back to a previous step to correct or expand the data entered.
Select the type of entry, if applicable, and continue with the presentation.
If you select "Enter" you will connect to the payment gateway for the deposit to be made.
This model also has the integrated payment option by transfer from a bank account of a NON-COLABORATING Banking Entity, choosing from the "Type of income" drop-down menu, "Debt recognition and payment by transfer".
