Online filing of form 848

Go to "File declaration, form 848" identifying yourself with an electronic certificate, DNIe or Cl@ve PIN of the holder, a social collaborator or proxy to the procedure.

After entering the relevant data, add the corresponding data and files by clicking on "Add file".You must attach at least one file.The "Help" link indicates the file formats and the maximum size allowed for attachments.

Fill in the data and attach files

If you do not need to add any more files, click on "Submit".

If you do not wish to attach more files, press file return

A new screen with the data summary will be displayed;If everything is correct, click on "Sign and Send".

If everything is correct, press Sign and send

Then an encrypted summary of the form details is displayed.If everything is correct, tick the "I agree" box and click on "Sign and Send".

Click OK, sign and send

The proof of submission will be displayed on the screen.
