How to obtain a draft or tax return on Renta WEB with a certificate
To access Renta WEB and process your return you can identify yourself with a certificate or electronic DNI .
Within the Income Tax "Featured Procedures", click on "Draft/declaration processing service (WEB INCOME)".
On the next screen press "Access with certificate or DNI electronic" and select the certificate to identify yourself.
After identification, select the type of action: on his own behalf or as a representative.
You will access the available services in your file. To process your return, select "Draft/Declaration (WEB Income)" .
If you have already accessed Renta WEB before and have saved the data, you can "Continue session" to recover it. If there is already a filed return and you want to modify it, click "Modify filed return." You can also start a "New declaration", incorporating the tax data.
You will be able to choose the co-official language in which you wish to make the declaration.
Identification details
If you make a new declaration, an initial window will be displayed with the identifying data of the declarant and the rest of the declarants of the members of the family unit. Review the data and make any necessary modifications before continuing. Keep in mind that some data such as marital status or information on minor or judicially incapacitated children subject to extended or rehabilitated parental authority cannot be modified later.
If the marital status is "MARRIED" but you do not want to enter the tax information of the spouse, you must check the box for the calculation of the individual declaration.
Declarations with tax information of the spouse
In declarations with a spouse, if you want to compare the result of the declaration in the different taxation options, individual or joint, you will need the spouse's reference number or a PIN code that authorizes access. In this case, press the "Reference/ Cl@ve PIN" button under the "Spouse Authorization" heading and identify the spouse using one of these systems.
Tax data transfer
After accepting the identification data screen, the tax data will be transferred. Additional information may be requested for data incorporation.
If you do not need to enter additional information to generate the declaration, you will directly access the declaration summary, from where you can both check the result of the declaration for each modality and complete the declaration if necessary.
If there is any data not incorporated into the declaration, a window will be previously displayed informing each taxpayer individually about what data is not incorporated specifically, so that they can be completed in the corresponding section of the declaration. You can consult the incorporation notes, with more detailed information, through the "View tax data" button, located at the top, and complete the data later in the corresponding section.
Summary of statements
At the top of the declaration summary is the "Sections" menu, which gives access to all pages of the declaration. You will also find the "Save" button, to keep the declaration on the AEAT server and recover it in a later session, the options to view tax and personal data, a box search and the option to show or hide options. You also have links to the explanatory videos and the help manual for submitting the Income Tax return.
Within each modality, you can obtain a "Preview" in PDF , check the tax data or file the declaration.
