How to obtain a draft or tax return on Rena WEB with a certificate
To access Renta WEB and process your tax return, you can identify yourself with a certificate or electronic DNI .
In the Renta "Gestiones destacadas", click on "Servicio de tramitación borrador /declaración (RENTA WEB)".
On the next screen click "Access with certificate or DNI electronic" and select the certificate to identify yourself.
After identification, select the type of action:en nombre propio o como representante.
Accederás a los servicios disponibles de tu expediente.To process your return, select "Draft/Statement (Renta WEB)".
If you have accessed Renta WEB before and have saved your data, you can "Continue session" to recover them.If a declaration has already been filed and you wish to modify it, click on "Modify filed declaration".You can also start a "New declaration", incorporating the tax data.
You can choose the co-official language in which you wish to make the declaration.
If you make a new declaration, an initial window will appear with the identification details of the declarant and the rest of the declarants of the components of the family unit.Revisa los datos y realiza las modificaciones necesarias antes de continuar.Ten en cuenta que algunos datos como el estado civil o la información sobre hijos menores de edad o incapacitados judicialmente sometidos a patria potestad prorrogada o rehabilitada no podrán ser modificados posteriormente.
If the marital status is "MARRIED" but you do not wish to enter the tax details of the spouse, you must tick the box for the calculation of the individual declaration.
Declarations with tax data of the spouse
For returns with a spouse, if you want to compare the result of the return under the different taxation options, individual or joint, you will need the spouse's reference number or a PIN code authorising access.In this case, click on the "Reference/ Cl@ve PIN" button under the heading "Spouse authorisation" and identify the spouse using one of these systems.
Transfer of tax data
After accepting the identification data screen, the tax data will be transferred.Additional information may be required for data entry.
If you do not need to enter additional information to generate the return, you will have direct access to the summary of returns, from where you can both check the result of the return for each type of return and complete the return if necessary.
If there is any information that has not been included in the return, a window will appear beforehand informing each taxpayer individually about the specific information that has not been included, so that you can fill it in in the corresponding section of the return.You can consult the incorporation notes, with more detailed information, by clicking on the "See tax data" button at the top of the page, and then fill in the data in the corresponding section.
Summary of returns
At the top of the declaration overview you will find the menu "Sections", which gives access to all pages of the declaration.You will also find the "Save" button, to save the tax return on the AEAT server and retrieve it at a later session, the options to view the tax and personal data, a box finder and the option to show or hide options.You also have links to the explanatory videos and the help manual for filing the income tax return.
Within each mode, you can "Preview" at PDF, check the tax data or file the return.
