Technical requirements for using the AEAT APP

The APP- AEAT for mobile devices is available free of charge on the official download platforms for iOS and Android in the official markets of Google, Apple and Huawei.

The following settings must be taken into account in order to use the application correctly:

• The device is required to have an internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or data.
• If you have any user identified in the APP- AEAT it is required that the device is protected by an access security pattern. The user can choose between different locking systems for their device: password, pin, fingerprint, pattern unlock, face recognition, etc.
• To register a user portfolio, the owner user can identify himself with Cl@ve , electronic software certificate (iOS and Android systems) and DNI electronic (Android systems).
• The APP- AEAT incorporates the possibility of dark screen mode if you have it configured in your device settings.

If it is detected that the mobile device does not have an unlocking system set up, you will be prompted to access your device settings to configure it. Once configured, you can add and manage the different users from the APP- AEAT .

Accessibility Features

The mobile app allows you to use the support tools offered by the operating system and other custom tools, including screen readers, magnifiers (such as Zoom or Magnifier), large text and high contrast options, dictation and voice recognition, etc.

When you open the APP- AEAT , a notice will be displayed with the privacy policy and conditions of service and the collection and use of data, which you must accept to access the APP- AEAT .
