The APP Cl@ve also integrates the management of services related to Cl@ve . When you install the app and log in, after identifying yourself, if you are not registered in the system Cl@ve It will give you the option to do it at that moment.


If you are already registered in Cl@ve, When you log in and identify yourself, you will need to verify your identity with a code via SMS or with an electronic certificate.

If it is a device where the session is already started, the option will be "Log out".

From the "Personal Area", located in the icon at the top right, you can access the consultation of your data in Key and log out. If you log out, the next time you open the app you will need to log in again by entering your login details and activating the device with a SMS or electronic certificate.

The menu "My data in Cl@ve" Located in "Procedures", it allows you to consult the ID card either NIE registered in the system Cl@ve. By default, some user digits appear with asterisks for security; However, you can choose whether to make it visible or obscure it for the app by tapping the "Show" icon.

Additionally, you have these other options:
- Modify the phone number associated with Cl@ve : You can make this change if you have the electronic certificate installed on the device. You can also change your phone number in person at a registry office.

- Modify the email associated with Cl@ve : In this case, the following contrast data will be requested: the support number of your identity document.
The security factor that the user has established for the device is then requested and the form to modify the email is accessed.

- Get advanced level: The app informs you of your registration level; if you have a basic level, the option "Obtain advanced level" appears so you can access procedures that require it in other organizations. You must have an electronic certificate or go in person to a registration office to obtain this advanced level.

- Give up Cl@ve : Device unlock factor is required.
Note: After resigning, you can register again in person or with an electronic certificate through the app or on the website.
Access "My requests to Cl@ve Mobile Cl@ve" It allows you to view authentication requests with Cl@ve Mobile Cl@ve that you have made showing the date, time, requesting organization and whether it has been confirmed. You will first need to unlock the device (PIN, pattern, fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.).

Menu " Cl@ve Permanent" includes the following procedures related to Cl@ve Permanent:

- Regenerate activation code for Cl@ve Permanent . Enter the verification data requested based on the document (date of DNI or support number of NIE ), confirm the authentication factor of the device and you will access the activation code regeneration service for Cl@ve Permanente.
- Password management for Cl@ve Permanent . Allows you to change your password, recover a forgotten password or delete the Cl@ve Permanent user.
Option "Revoke certificate of Cl@ve Signature" revokes the centralized electronic certificate associated with Cl@ve Signature.
