After activating the device, a window will appear indicating that you do not have any pending authentication or PIN requests.
The new APP does not have an option to obtain a PIN; The user will only have to allow the authentication that has been initiated when carrying out a procedure from a web browser or a mobile application.
If you access from the website of organizations other than AEAT , the gateway Cl@ve will be displayed with separate access for Cl@ve Mobile and Cl@ve PIN.
If you access procedures on the AEAT website, in the identification window click on " Cl@ve Mobile (includes Cl@ve PIN)".
Access with Cl@ve Mobile
The authentication request will then be displayed with the details of the requesting organisation, the 5-minute counter which is the validity period of the request and the indication that you should go to the APP to scan the QR code and confirm the request. You will also have the alternative of access with authentication by Cl@ve mobile without reading the QR in case the option of scanning the QR code fails.
In the APP, press "Scan QR code" and point the reader at the QR code. It will indicate that there is an authentication request with Cl@ve Mobile and that you verify that the data matches what appeared before. Click on "Confirm".
The user will then need to enter the authentication factor set for the device.
Finally, the "Authentication completed" notice will be displayed in the APP and, in the web browser, you will access the management that you were trying to carry out once authenticated.
Access with DNI or NIE
If you cannot scan the QR code, you have the alternative of accessing with authentication by Cl@ve mobile without reading the QR by clicking on "...continue with authentication by Cl@ve Mobile without reading the QR" .
On the identification screen, enter the DNI or NIE and the corresponding contrast data:
- Validity date , for DNI ;
- Date of issue , for ## permanent ID (01-01-9999);
- Support number , if it is a NIE .
If the user is active in the APP Cl@ve , the authentication request will be displayed with the data of the DNI / NIE , of the requesting organization, the 5-minute counter which is the validity time of the request and the indication that you should go to the APP to confirm the request.
Then open the APP or the push notification or notice that appears in it. It will indicate that there is an authentication request with Cl@ve Mobile that matches the data that appeared in the request when carrying out the procedure. Press "Confirm"; For security reasons, a second confirmation will be requested.
The user will then need to enter the authentication factor established for the device (fingerprint, PIN, pattern, facial recognition, etc.). Finally, the message "Authentication completed" will be displayed and you will be able to return to the process you were trying to perform once authenticated.
Authentication with CL@VE PIN
From organizations other than AEAT it will be linked to the Cl@ve gateway and you will be able to select access with Cl@ve PIN.
In addition, if you identify yourself on the AEAT website with DNI / NIE , after 59 seconds the option "...you can access with a PIN by SMS " will be displayed.
You will receive a SMS with the PIN or, if you open the APP, enter the authentication factor and you will be able to view the PIN with the PIN validity time counter (10 minutes) and the option to copy it.
Note: The PIN is also sent by SMS to the mobile phone registered in Cl@ve .
Back in the browser, enter the PIN and press "Login" to identify yourself with Cl@ve .
