Registration in Cl@ve after manual review of automatic video identification (advanced level)

If you have registered with Cl@ve using video identification, you can directly access the advanced registration level without having to do anything else.

In this way, in a subsequent process, an authorized public employee will review the electronic evidence collected during the recording (video, ID, and facial biometrics), and if everything is correct, you will directly obtain the advanced registration level.

This procedure replaces in-person registration, maintaining the same level of security and legal validity.

After manual review by an authorized public employee, a push notification will appear in the app indicating the outcome.

  • Registration accepted : Open the APP Cl@ve and the security notice will indicate that from that moment on you will have obtained an "Advanced" level in the registration in Cl@ve . In the "More information" button you will get the receipt in PDF .

  • Registration not accepted : Open the APP Cl@ve and the security notice will indicate that you have been unsubscribed from Cl@ve . In the "More information" button you will get the receipt in PDF .
