Settings

In the "Settings" menu of the Cl@ve APP you have several options:

  • APP Language

    In this block you can select any of the co-official languages: Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Valencian, Basque or English.

  • Push Notifications

    Here you can access your device settings to select your preferred options for receiving push notifications.

  • My electronic certificates in the APP

    To consult this block you must first use the authentication factor that you have established on the device, fingerprint, pattern, pin, facial recognition, etc. From here you can view the electronic certificates installed in the Cl@ve APP, and you will be informed of the certificate holder, the issuing body and the validity dates. You have the option to remove it from the APP or add a new certificate for another user. If you do not have any certificate installed or want to add a new one, click "Add certificate" and select the file to import, it must have a .pfx or .p12 extension.

  • Terms and Policies

    Includes various contents: "Privacy Policy", "Terms of Service" and "Accessibility".

    Here you can check the version of the application you are using.

  • Exit

    Finally, if you use the "Exit" option, from that moment on you will not be able to access without first unlocking the device with the authentication factor you have configured (pattern, PIN, fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.).
