If you have been incorrectly registered on another device because it is included in the wallet of another owner, you can send your claim from the APP itself or from the AEAT website using the "Management of incorrectly identified user in the mobile application" service.
Access to this service can be done with a certificate or electronic DNI , the Cl@ve system or with the Income reference number provided by the Tax Agency.
Below you will have access to the management of erroneous mobile devices in relation to the subscription to informative notices from the AEAT .
Fill out the application form. You can include attachments if you need to. To continue, press "Submit".
To finish, click "Sign and Send."
Once the request has been sent, the information will be verified and the owner of the notification system will receive a communication with the information to provide the correct data.
