My powers granted

From the "Personal Area" located in the upper right part of the main screen of the electronic headquarters you can access "My powers of attorney granted".

To access the service you need to identify yourself using Cl@ve Mobile Cl@ve, electronic certificate, DNIe either eIDAS. Once identified, you will access the "Consultation, extension and revocation of powers of attorney granted" window.

Enter the NIF of the attorney and establish the search criteria you want, such as the status of the authorization, the procedure and the expiration date. Next, press "Look for"

The first 10 records will be displayed, and if there are more results, click on "More" and "Next" to view the rest of the powers of attorney. By clicking on the power of attorney reference number, you can access the details of the power of attorney to modify the validity period and/or revoke it. In the "Useful Links" box you will find links to help with the consultation, extension and revocation of powers of attorney granted.

At the top you have several links to access the procedures related to powers of attorney. From "Mass revocation"You can jointly revoke all the powers granted to the attorney."

Through the link "Mass extension"The principal may extend the powers of attorney granted from two months before the expiry date until the expiry date itself."

The system will display the list of procedures that will expire in the next 2 months, along with the corresponding representative, and the expected date for their cancellation.

You can choose to extend for the maximum allowed (5 years from the date of the extension) or set a maximum validity date (within the next 5 years). It is not possible to choose both options at the same time.

As it is a mass processing tool, it will not be possible to choose which procedures are extended and which are not. Once you have chosen one of the two options, press "Extend Powers of Attorney".

Also, at the top there is a link to the "Consultation and management of powers of attorney received" where you can resign the power of attorney, extend it or confirm it, in the case of powers of attorney related to notifications.

You can set various search criteria and check the box "Expiring in the next 2 months" to more easily access and extend powers of attorney received that are about to expire.

In the "Useful Links" box you will find links to help you consult and manage powers of attorney received.
