The application process and the provision of documentation requires an electronic certificate or Cl@ve as long as the person is a natural person.
The required fields for online registration and "Add file" must be completed to include the documentation.
The supported size of each attached file cannot exceed 64 Mb of capacity. The complete list of supported formats can be consulted in the "Help" link available in each of the documentation contribution forms located next to "Add file".
It is recommended that the file you are trying to attach be saved in the path C:\ AEAT since, depending on the procedure with which the contribution of documentation is related, this location will be mandatory.
If no file exists, you can write the reason for the submission in the field provided. A document PDF will be generated and incorporated into the system.
The correct response to the application and the provision of documentation will be a receipt that includes all the information along with the link "View in printable format" to obtain the receipt in PDF
Also included is the CSV (Secure Verification Code) which also allows obtaining the receipt through the "Electronic Document Comparison". Additionally, each submitted file will have its own CSV associated with it.
