Electronic filing of Form 131 using data from previous tax returns
Form 131 has the functionality of allowing data to be retrieved from a tax return already filed.
Identify yourself with digital signature (electronic DNI or certificate) or using the Cl@ve PIN access system (only natural persons).
In the window "Recovery of returns filed" indicate the details of the return you wish to file (Model, Financial Year, Period, NIF, Surname and first name or Company name).Data may only be transferred from a previous tax return if it was filed on a form basis. If it was submitted directly by file, sent in batches or through a preliminary tax return, the information cannot be retrieved.
Click on "Search" to display those declarations for years and periods that can be used according to the year and period indicated in the declaration to be made. For example, tax returns from years prior to 2015 cannot be used for Form 131.
Select the return you wish to retrieve and click on "Retrieve return".
Form 131 will then open in a new browser window or tab.
The assessment data will be filled in according to the tax return retrieved. However, you can modify them if you wish.
Please note that in the "Identification details" section it is necessary to indicate the financial year and period for which the tax return is to be filed.
