Checking the status of the settlement

By accessing "Payment and Inquiries Regarding Foreign Trade Settlements" A window is displayed with different filters that allow you to locate a specific debt.

Make sure you correctly select the different alternatives in the filter drop-down menus, since it is possible that the settlement on which you want to perform the procedure will not be displayed if there is incorrect information in any field.

The drop-down menu "State" It allows you to perform two main types of searches:

  • "Admitted": locates those settlements that have already been paid (there is evidence of the charge in the bank).
  • "Outstanding": locates the settlements still pending payment.

To locate the debt, click on "Search."

Results that match the selected search criteria will be displayed. Click on the receipt number to access the details.

Select proof and access

If there are more than 10 results, they are not all displayed at once. The button "Further" It allows you to continue progressing to see more results.
