Print payment letter of form 031

The printed payment letter will be used in cases where payment of form 031 has not yet been made and you want to make it directly at the Bank.

Access "Payment and Inquiries of Foreign Trade Settlements" to locate the debt and generate the payment letter, in the drop-down menu. "State"choose "Payment pending". Enter the rest of the data, press the "Search" button and click on the link for the receipt number.

Next, in the "Entry into a Partner Entity" section, click on "Payment letter". This will generate document PDF with the payment letter, which you can open or save.
