Print payment letter of form 031

The payment letter printout will be used in cases where payment for form 031 has not yet been made and you wish to make the payment directly to the Bank.

Go to "Payment and Foreign Trade Settlement Inquiries" and to locate the debt and generate the payment letter, in the "Status" drop-down menu, choose "Pending payment." Enter the rest of the data, press the "Search" button and click on the link for the receipt number.

Next, in the "Deposit in Collaborating Entity" section, click on "Payment letter". This will generate document PDF with the payment letter, which you can open or save.
