Box 505 incorrect: "Box amount does not match the amount we have in our database"

If when entering the data for box 505 of Income Tax 2022 the system displays the error "Amount in box does not match the one we have in our database", check the information in the help "Information about the box in the Income Tax return for the previous year" in the "Income Tax - Technical Help" section.

If you get an error regarding the format of the box, we remind you that in the field for box 505 you must indicate the whole number without any sign, separated by a comma (,) from the decimals , for example 12587.23.

If it is not possible to obtain the reference number through box 505 of Income 2022, you can choose:

• Register at Cl@ve . You can do this online via video call or by requesting an invitation letter from the system. After receiving it, from the Electronic Headquarters of the AEAT you have the option to register by indicating the CSV provided in the letter.
• Obtain an electronic certificate through a certifying authority or use an electronic DNI with a card reader.
