VII.3.4. Investigation with the destination customs office

This section describes the investigation requests addressed to the destination customs office and is divided into the following sections:

Section VII.3.4.1 deals with the competent authority and the deadline for initiating the investigation request.

Section VII.3.4.2 addresses the submission of the research request.

Section VII.3.4.3 refers to the cancellation of the investigation request.
