3.2. Taxpayer services

In order to favour the voluntary fulfilment of tax liabilities, the Tax Agency displays a wide ensemble of information services and helps the taxpayer, mainly on line (at www.agenciatributaria.es and at the electronic office www.agenciatributaria.gob.es).

However, even if Internet has become the main communication channel with taxpayers, the Tax Agency maintains on-site attention to taxpayers in its offices as well as telephone services for specific basic services.
