Digital assistance (ADI) in vehicle imports
You have at your disposal the Digital Assistance telephone and video call appointment service ( ADI ) to help you complete and submit a customs declaration ( DUA ) for the import of your vehicle. The requirements for the provision of this service are:
- The importer must be an individual
- Be registered in Cl@ve. If you are not, you can register using the "Register in Cl@ve" option.
- Have a device that meets the technical requirements to be able to assist you via video call. You can check this by making a test video call
- Have the necessary documentation to import a vehicle. You can find this information on this same page
