Operating and managing the Informative Tax Returns Platform (latest version)
Skip information indexHow to issue certificates from the Informative tax returns platform
The Information Platform allows the issuance of certificates only for model 190. If you need to issue a certificate for any other model added to the program, you must do so yourself. Select one or more recipients to enable the "Certificate Issuance" icon located on the right side.
If you have accessed a specific recipient and want to return to the list to be able to issue other certificates, choose the "List of Recipients and perceptions" view from the drop-down menu.
You can also access the "Certificate Issuance" option by right-clicking on the selected recipient.
Follow the wizard's instructions to obtain it. You can select the language of the certificate from the co-official languages. By default, the program generates the certificate in the "Imp PDF " folder located in the Information Platform installation folder and the file is identified with the name "Certificado_ NIF pdf".
If you have doubts about the default folder to generate the PDF file, you can check it from the menu at the top of the program, in "Tools", "User Preferences", "Model 190", "Issue of Certificates". It is recommended that the selected folder be in C:\aeat\Informativas or in the path where you have installed the Information Platform program.
If the recipients are ordered by NIF or by last name and first name or company name, the certificates will be issued by NIF or in alphabetical order, always ascending. To do this, you must select the corresponding preference. Access the menu "Tools", "User Preferences", "Model 190", "Certificate Issuance" and check the option you want.
The program allows the issuance of collective certificates, that is, corresponding to several recipients selected for a specific withholder. To facilitate selection, filer or recipient records can be sorted by any of their component fields, both in ascending and descending order, by double-clicking on the column header of the field by which you want to establish the order.
However, there is no way to issue the certificates according to the rest of the criteria (state, representative NIF , key or subkey). It is possible to sort the declarations according to these criteria (only to view them) in the corresponding tab of the program overview, but not in the wizard for issuing certificates.
To obtain the certificates it is necessary that the declaration has been completed correctly. If the data has been satisfactorily validated, the certificate generation screen will be displayed, where the selected recipients appear. In this window, the start and end dates of the exercise and other non-mandatory data are also captured as additional mandatory data.
Once the printing process is complete, the summary of the issuance of certificates is displayed indicating whether they have been issued and, if not, the description of the reason for their exclusion. It must be taken into account that, in cases where for one reason or another it is not possible to generate certificates through the assistance program, these must be issued manually. A single certificate will be generated per recipient in PDF format
For more information about the issuance of certificates from the Information Platform, open the model and consult the information available in the program help from the "Help", "Platform Help", "Certificate Issuance" menu.
The form is also available in PDF to fill out and print the certificate directly.
