Operating and managing the Informative Tax Returns Platform (latest version)
Skip information indexImport records from the previous year's database
From the Information Platform it is possible to incorporate data from declarations from previous years to facilitate their completion and sending.
Once the information platform is installed, run the program and add the different necessary declaration models.
The "Utilities", "Import" option allows you to recover database records from the previous year or import data in BOE format from a file.
To import data from the previous year, it is necessary to preserve the database of each of the models from which you wish to import information. Open the model corresponding to the year for which you are going to prepare the declaration and click on the "Utilities" menu, "Import".
Next, a data import wizard will open, asking you to specify the path where the model database file from the previous exercise is located. By default, the database file for the previous exercise is located in C:\aeat\Informativas\datos\XXX20XX1.00 (where XXX corresponds to the model number and 20XX corresponds to the exercise). The list of data that will be imported will be shown and those that have a green check in the "Import" column are optional, so if you do not want to transfer them you will only have to uncheck them.
On the other hand, if the returns from the previous year were filed electronically and the files are kept, it is also possible to import each of the returns from its corresponding file. Therefore, this option allows you to incorporate data from the model you are working with, stored in a file outside the Platform, but only if the regulations that regulate the logical design of the model have not modified it. Once the file is selected, the content will be analyzed and, if valid, the data will be incorporated and added to those already entered in the program. In the event that there is an error in the file, you can check what it is in the lower window "Errors" or "Notices", in the "Description" field. The import option that will be used in this case is "Import records with format BOE ".
Consult the logical designs to check what the file structure should be in the "Registration designs" section of each model. On this page you will also find a help section with instructions for using logical designs.
