After downloading the Informative Tax Returns Platform, you will need to add the necessary tax return forms. If you have any doubts about how to upload the forms, please consult our technical help on how to add the informative return forms to the Informative Tax Returns Platform.
Once you have added the necessary forms, open the form you want to work with. You can open the form by clicking on "File” then "Open Form” in the top menu, or using the corresponding icon in the icon menu ("Open Form"). Select the form you are going to use and click on the "Open" button. The form can also be accessed from the "File" menu, where the latest forms that have been worked on are displayed.
In the "Tax Returns" tab, the returns that have been registered will appear in a list (this will appear blank if there no returns yet). A series of icons are displayed in the top left-hand corner: the blank sheet icon ("New tax return") allows you to create a new tax return. Or, clicking on "Form XXX", "New tax return" from the menu bar. Click on the form and the screen will split into two parts.
On the right hand side, different tabs will open depending on the form selected. The "Declarant" tab is common to almost all forms, but there will be tabs with different names depending on the case (for example, "Receipts and payments" in Form 190 or "Declarant", "Transactions" and "Rectifications" in Form 349). You will have to enter the necessary data in the tabs corresponding to each form.
Once the return has been completed and validated, under the "File tax return" option, you will be able to generate a file for the tax return to be submitted.
For the "File tax return" option to be enabled, it must be selected in the "Tax returns" tab. In the toolbar on the "Tax returns" tab, look for the sixth icon (identified by a globe and a folder). You can also right-click on the tax return you want to obtain and use the "Filing of tax returns" option or access the "Utilities" menu, "File tax return...".
In addition to obtaining the file for the electronic presentation of declarations with an electronic certificate, depending on the model and the fiscal year, it is possible to obtain the declaration for presentation through the electronic identification system Cl@ve and obtain the pre-declaration validated by the services of the AEAT on the Internet.

After clicking "Next", only the possible filing options will be enabled depending on the form and content of the return in the wizard for generating the return.
