Operating and managing the Informative Tax Returns Platform (latest version)
Skip information indexImport records in BOE format onto the Informative Tax Returns Platform
The "Utilities", "Import" option allows you to recover database records from the previous year or import data in BOE format from a file. The files must have the registration design approved by the regulations so that they can be imported into the Information Platform.
Open the Informative Platform program and, within the menu at the top, access "Utilities", "Import", and choose the option "Import records with BOE format". The following information message will appear: "The import process will be canceled when the sum of the number of errors and warnings equals 500. If you want to change this limit you can do so by accessing the user preferences, import option. This information must be taken into account in the event that the file is not imported due to the number of errors it contains. Accept the message and click on the folder icon to find the path where the file you need to import is saved, select it and press "Next".
By default, the name of the file will be the last 8 characters of NIF , or the complete NIF , and by extension the model number, but if has been created directly by the user or by another different help program, it will have the name that the user has assigned to it.
Once the import process is complete, a summary of the imported data will appear. A message will also appear above the "Finish" button indicating whether the file has been imported correctly, whether it has been imported with errors or whether it is rejected for not conforming to the logical design.
In the event that there is an error in the file, you can check what it is in the lower "Errors" or "Notices" window, in the "Description" field.
If the error was related to the structure of the files, you can consult the logical designs of the Informative Declaration models within the Platform itself by accessing "Help", "Platform Help". At the end of the list you will find the "Logical designs" section, where you can consult the design that each type of record must follow so that the file adapts to the format established by the BOE .
