Errors related to the use of electronic DNI
Skip information indexError Sign error generating CADES signature
This error only occurs in procedures that use Java. Since Java is being removed from the page, it is recommended to request the FNMT certificate to use instead of the DNIe , or in case the procedure allows you to use Cl@ve, register for this service.
If it is not possible to obtain the certificate from FNMT or register with Cl@ve, follow these instructions:
- Check that selects the signing certificate , not the authentication one (it usually appears distinguished as "signature" or similar).
- Confirm the version of Java installed (update if possible). If Java is updated, retry the procedure. If it persists, or Java has already been updated, go to point 3.
- Disable antivirus :
If it's Eset Nod 32, disable it by right-clicking on the notification tray icon and selecting "Temporarily disable protection." Close the browser and disconnect the USB reader from the computer (or the card if it is an integrated reader). Plug it back in and try the presentation again.
If it's Norton, disable it by right-clicking on the notification tray icon and selecting "Disable Antivirus Auto-Protect." Close the browser and disconnect the USB reader from the computer (or the card if it is an integrated reader). Plug it back in and try the presentation again.
If the antivirus is Mcafee, disable "Real-time scanning". Close the browser and disconnect the USB reader from the computer (or the card if it is an integrated reader). Plug it back in and try the presentation again.
In Windows 8 with Kaspersky, right-click on the Kaspersky K and select "Exit." Retry the procedure without closing the browser.
It is very important to activate the antivirus again after completing the procedure.
If it persists, disable port USB sleep from " Start", "Control Panel", "Power Options", "Change plan settings" (where selected), "Change advanced power settings." Then enter " USB Settings " , " USB Selective Suspend Settings " and change the setting to " Disabled" in the options that appear (both "alternating current" and "battery" may appear). Close the browser and disconnect the USB reader from the computer (or the card if it is an integrated reader). Plug everything back in and try the presentation again.
