Download ERCs for submissions prior to 8 July 2019

Using this procedure, it is possible to electronically download the Electronic Registration Codes ( CEMs ) associated with models 06 and 576 granted to a specific presenter for presentations made prior to July 8, 2019. In order to be able to download it is necessary that the declarations have been submitted online and, in the case of the 06 draft, this has been confirmed.

The presenter's NIF is given by the selected electronic certificate. Enter the model number and set the date range. The maximum range between dates will be 7 days. Click “Send”.

The resulting file will be downloaded to your computer in C:\aeat\576\listacems.txt, with all the CEMs issued in that date range for that NIF presenter and a preview of the downloaded CEMs file.

Please note that if you are downloading more than one file, it is a good idea to make a copy of the downloaded file, as subsequent downloads will overwrite the file.

The applicant will process the downloaded file with its applications to capture the CEMs generated and relate them to the vehicle chassis to which they are associated.
