How to report additional data to the 2015 and 2016 tax return

To communicate additional data to the declaration of model 222 for the years 2015 and 2016, you can use the online form available at the Electronic Office of the AEAT which you can access from the option "Model 222. Exercises 2015 and 2016. Submission of additional data communication to the declaration" located in the procedures of model 222 in "Annex 222".

This procedure requires identification with an electronic certificate.

Enter your identification details and complete the form with any additional information you wish to provide. Select the " CNAE "main activity" by clicking on the icon with the three dots symbol and the start date of the tax period from the icon with the calendar symbol.

To finish, click "Sign and Send."

If everything is correct, you will receive the response sheet stating "Your submission has been successfully completed" with an embedded PDF document containing a first page with the submission information (registry entry number, Secure Verification Code, receipt number, day and time of submission and presenter details) and, on the subsequent pages, the complete copy of the declaration.
