If the declarant does not have an electronic certificate, it is necessary that the person making the presentation be authorized to present statements on behalf of third parties, either by being registered as a collaborator or by being authorized to carry out this procedure.
Once you have identified yourself, complete the identification data, year and period of the presentation. From this window you can import a file generated with an external program or import a file generated with the form itself using the "Export" button that you will find when submitting the declaration.
To directly complete the declaration in the form, click "Accept".
If you had a declaration previously saved in a previous session, you can recover it by clicking "Continue", otherwise, click "New declaration".
Fill in the information on the form.
From the button panel, located at the bottom of the form, you can access the functions to validate the declaration, delete data, retrieve previously saved declarations and submit the declaration.
Before submitting the declaration, check if there are any warnings or errors using the " Validate declaration " button. At the bottom the "Errors and warnings" tab will appear with the warnings or errors detected. Remember that notices and warnings provide relevant information to take into account, but do not hinder the presentation of the declaration. If the declaration contains errors, these must be corrected.
If you wish to continue at another time, you can use the " Save " option, with which the data will be stored on the AEAT servers. If a previously saved statement already exists, it will be overwritten. You can recover the stored data from the “ Load ” option.
Once the declaration has been completed and validated without errors, click on " Submit declaration " to proceed with sending the declaration.
If the result is to be entered, the NRC must first be obtained and then submit the self-assessment. The NRC is the Complete Reference Number, a 22-character code provided by banking entities and which serves as proof of payment. From the form itself you can connect with the payment gateway, clicking on " Make payment (get NRC ) ", to generate the payment with the data entered in the declaration and automatically obtain the NRC .
It is possible to obtain a file with the format of the published logical design and extension .309 from the " Export " button. You can import this file in the initial "Identifying data" window using the "Import" button.
Once the NRC has been entered in the "Reference Number NRC " field, and the declaration has been validated without errors, click on " Sign and Send ".
Finally, a window will be displayed with the information of the encrypted declaration and the data of the presenter and the declarant. Check the box " Compliant " and press " Sign and Send " to finish the presentation.
If everything is correct, the presentation receipt will be obtained in PDF whose first page has the presentation information (registration entry number, Secure Verification Code, receipt number, day and time of presentation and details of the presenter) and on subsequent pages the complete copy of the declaration.
In cases where there is recognition of debt , a link will be shown in the presentation report to submit the deferral or request for compensation.
Press " Process debt " and the settlement details will appear with the debtor's data and the settlement key. Select from one of the available options (defer, offset or pay) to continue.
