Payment by bank card/Payment by Bizum

If you choose to pay by card or BIZUM, we link to payment via Virtual POS:

1) Payment by bizum:

When accessing the payment of Settlements / Debts by card or Bizum, in the form, you must complete the settlement model and the receipt number that appear on the payment letter, the taxpayer's identification data and the amount of the payment (these data are automatically filled in with the debt chosen for payment when we access through the option Pay debts, I am the owner). Next, in Payment Method we select “Payment with Bizum”:

Payment via Bizum can be made by anyone, whether or not they are the primary debtor.

Once you have completed the required information, select Accept data and continue. You will then be taken to the summary screen to provide your consent and select to sign and send:

By clicking on "I agree" and "Sign and Send," you'll be taken to the BIZUM platform, where you'll be prompted to enter your phone number.

Once you have entered the phone number registered with BIZUM and clicked on "Continue with the purchase," a notification appears indicating that you must complete the payment on the mobile phone registered with BIZUM. You have 4 minutes to do so:

Next, on the phone, the bank where we have Bizum active will send us a message indicating that there is a BIZUM transaction pending authorization:

 (The appearance of these windows depends on the bank with which the BIZUM service is associated)

You must access and follow the steps to authorize payment by BIZUM:

Once confirmed, it gives us confirmation of the payment made and shows us the generated NRC:

2) Payment by card:

When accessing the payment of settlements / debts by card or Bizum, in the form, you must complete the settlement model and the receipt number that appear on the payment letter, the taxpayer's identification data and the amount of the payment (these data are automatically filled in with the debt chosen for payment when we access through the option Pay debts, I am the owner). Next, in Payment Method we select “Payment by card”.

By accepting the data and continuing, you will access the summary screen to provide your consent and select to sign and send:

By clicking on "Agree" and "Sign and Send," the payment screen of the virtual payment platform will be displayed. You must fill in your credit card details in the same way you would make an electronic purchase at any online store, and click "Pay":

(You may need to validate the transaction in your bank's App or Online Banking Service)

Once the payment is made, it gives us confirmation of the payment made and shows us the generated NRC:
