Variations of model 140 prior to March 1, 2020

Access to this option requires identification with an electronic certificate, DNIe or Cl@ve.

Once you have identified yourself, fill in the applicant's identification data: NIF , first surname, second surname and first name.

Select the type of procedure you wish to carry out.

Variations

There are 4 types of variations:

  • Bank account of the payment
  • Beneficiary's loss of right or waiver of payment
  • Change of Social Security or Mutual Fund regime
  • Dropping of any of the children

Depending on the procedure selected, specific data will be requested. Make any necessary changes and click "Sign & Submit" at the bottom.

Then, check the "I agree" box and press "Sign and send" again for the changes to take effect.
