3.2. Taxpayer services

In order to favour the voluntary fulfilment of tax liabilities, the Tax Agency displays a wide ensemble of information services and helps the taxpayer, mainly on line (at www.agenciatributaria.es and at the electronic office www.agenciatributaria.gob.es).

However, although Internet has been converted into the main communication channel with taxpayers, the Tax Agency maintains the in-person assistance by staff to taxpayers as well as telephone assistance for specific basic services.>
