3.2. Taxpayer services

In order to favour the voluntary fulfilment of tax liabilities, the Tax Agency displays a wide ensemble of information services and helps the taxpayer, mainly on line (at www.agenciatributaria.es and at the electronic office www.agenciatributaria.gob.es).

However, although the Internet has become the main channel of communication with taxpayers, the Tax Agency maintains both in-person service at its offices and telephone service for certain basic services.
