Customs Declaration for Low Value Imports H7
The guide that you can consult on this page, collects the web services related to the import declaration of low value shipments (H7), with regard to the common data requirements according to the latest data model approved by the European electronic customs (EUCDM).
This guide for the H7 declaration for low-value shipments includes certain assumptions of tariff exemption, among which the one applicable to e-commerce (C07) stands out for its importance. In these e-commerce operations there are, in turn, three modalities (the IOSS system, the special agreements system and the traditional standard system) that pose important differences and that also imply different electronic treatment.
The possible flows for the different statements and messages involved in the process are indicated below. Their essential difference lies in the presentation or not of the H7 before the arrival of the merchandise (PreH7). These are:
- FLOW: ENS + PreH7 + DDT + G3 Activation H7.
- FLOW: ENS + DDT + G3+ H7.
