System for Notification of Registration of Goods in the Declarant's Records

Message by which the operator informs customs of the presentation of the goods that he has registered in his records, as an authorized EIR, in order to obtain the release. Depending on the EIR authorisation granted, it may be voluntary or mandatory, and is particularly important in the case of a European centralised office.
