G4 declaration of temporary storage

The Temporary Deposit Declaration ( DDT ) is regulated in Title IV (“Goods introduced into the TAU ”), Chapter 2 (“Arrival of goods”), Section 3 (“Temporary storage of goods”), specifically in articles 144 to 152 of UCC (Union Customs Code) reflected in Regulation EU 952/2013 and developed in article 115 of the RDCAU (Delegated Regulation UE 2015/2446) and in article 190 of the RECAU (Implementing Regulation EU 2015/2447).

Under this regulation, a declaration of temporary storage of goods introduced into the TAU (Customs Territory of the Union) will be required.
